All About Anna

On October 14, 2012, one of the most influential women in my life posted on her blog that her daughter Anna, one of my closest friends, was diagnosed with Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia.
Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML) is pretty rare in children, being most common in adults who are in their 50's and 60's. While CML is one of the better forms of Leukemia to get (is there a better form?), she will still have to go through Chemotherapy and Bone Marrow transplants.

Beautiful Anna with her new haircut!

The Houston family has recently 'moved' temporarily moved to Seattle, Washington to be closer to Seattle Children's Hospital, where Anna's Chemo and transplants will take place.  Please keep Anna and all of the Houston's in your thoughts and prayers as they are going through her CML.

The beautiful Houston family!
